Applications
Aluminum Laminated Film for Battery Insulation is a high-strength, high-barrier multilayer material laminated of various plastic films, rolled aluminum foil, and adhesives.
A typical structure of aluminum-plastic laminated film consists of three layers: ON (Nylon layer) / AL (Aluminum layer) / CPP (Polypropylene layer). The outermost nylon layer primarily serves as a protective layer; the aluminum layer acts as the core material, providing waterproofing and barrier properties; the polypropylene layer functions in heat sealing and additional barrier properties, separating the aluminum layer from the battery cell to prevent electrolyte leakage and corrosion of the aluminum foil. The adhesive bonds the nylon layer to the aluminum layer and the aluminum layer to the polypropylene layer. This aluminum-plastic laminate film is a critical material in lithium battery soft-packaging, representing one of the most technologically advanced and challenging materials in the field.
Product Advantages
• Comprehensive Protection: The film provides all-around protection for the battery through the waterproofing and barrier functions of the aluminum layer, the protective features of the nylon layer, and the heat-sealing properties of the polypropylene layer.
• Efficient Barrier: The aluminum layer effectively isolates air and moisture, preventing electrolyte leakage and corrosion, ensuring stability and safety within the battery environment.
• Outstanding Durability: The laminate film structure offers high strength and abrasion resistance, ensuring long-term stability and performance in various environments.
• Technologically Advanced: As a key material in lithium battery soft-packaging, the production of aluminum-plastic laminate film involves high-precision technology and processes, ensuring superior performance in terms of technological complexity and material requirements.
