Our Flexible Laminate Materials utilize a special patented laminate technology, combining two or more materials with high-quality adhesives to achieve new or improved properties. Additionally, one or more thin, uniform coatings can be applied to the surface, imparting specific characteristics that enable innovative solutions to various challenges.

 

Heat Seal / Fusible Coating Aluminum Foil Laminate is engineered by applying a layer of heat seal adhesive or thermally adhesive film uniformly on one or both sides of aluminum foil or film. This advanced process ensures a strong bond with various outer layer materials during heating. Typically, the laminate surfaces are coated with heat seal adhesives such as EVA or EAA, or thermally adhesive films like PE, EAA, or COPOLYMER for adhesion with PE-based outer layers. For PVC-based outer layers, the laminate is coated with PVC heat seal adhesives or thermally adhesive films.It is widely used in applications such as shielding, insulation, and securing in high-speed data cables like SFP and SAS, as well as coaxial cables.
